29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a. On or about March 28, 2017, the employer did not develop, document and utilize specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy for the Alloyd Blister Turntable Machine, model number 6S1216, serial number 93117, that was located in the Blister Pack Department, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with servicing and maintenance activities on the blister machines. b. On or about March 28, 2017, the employer did not develop, document and utilize specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy for the Alloyd Blister Turntable Machine, model 6S1216, serial number 93107, that was located in the Blister Pack Department, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with servicing and maintenance activities on the blister machines. c. On or about March 28, 2017, the employer did not develop, document and utilize specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy for the Alloyd Blister Turntable Machine, model 16SC1216, serial number 95812 that was located in the Blister Pack Department, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with servicing and maintenance activities on the blister machines.
