Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by or caught under falling material while handling or moving material from place to place, due to damage not noted as frequent and periodic inspections were not conducted. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of correct this hazard is: In accordance with A.N.S.I. standard B30.16-1973 conduct frequent and periodic inspections with signed and dated
