29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: a) Trusses above storage room - an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 4 inches while installing trusses, on or about 3/24/17. b) Trusses above toddler classroom in the southeast interior corner - an employee was exposed to a fall of 17 feet while installing trusses, on or about 3/24/17. c) Trusses above toddler classroom in the east back center interior - an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 4 inches while installing trusses, on or about 3/30/17. J.M.
