29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation guards were not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from having any part of his/ her body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) The employer did not ensure that the Merlin Light Curtain was properly programed with the cycling of the Accurpress Brake Press (Seherpress Sales, model no. 7606, serial no. 4573, company machine no. 38, maintenance machine no. 6ft 001) which caused employee exposure to caught-in-between hazards of the brake press.
