29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): (8) Ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed; On or about March 21, 2017, the employer failed to ensure a maintenance employee used a fiberglass extension ladder for the purpose for which it was designed. The maintenance employee set up and used the extension ladder at an angle greater than it was designed to be used.
