29 CFR 1910.104(b)(8)(vi): "Security." Storage containers, piping, valves, regulating equipment, and other accessories were not protected against physical damage and against tampering. The employer failed to place barriers in front and on the sides to protect the 1500 gallon tank of liquid oxygen from any physical damage, exposing employees to explosion hazards.
