29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. On or about March 22, 2017, at the machine shop area of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Buffalo Forge Co., No. 18) no other info available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. b. On or about March 22, 2017, at the machine shop area of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Ryobi, Serial #C032811940) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. c. On or about March 22, 2017, at the machine shop area of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Ryobi, Serial #AZ053331203) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. d. On or about March 22, 2017, at the machine shop area of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Ryobi, C024424215) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. Fanatics Mounted Memories Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1074305, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/24/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 251 International Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33325.
