29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Employees conducting roofing activities were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 65 feet from roof to ground and 11 feet from roof level to lower level barrel roof.
