29 CFR 1910.25(b)(7): Standard stairs which are used to provide access from one walking-working surface to another when operations necessitate regular and routine travel between levels, including access to operating platforms for equipment were not utilized. Winding stairways may be used on tanks and similar round structures when the diameter of the tank or structure is at least 5 feet (1.5 m): On or about March 3, 2017, the employer failed to provide a stairway as a means access to the top of the dryer to necessitate routine travel from the ground to the top of the dryer exposing employees to a fall hazard.
