29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On 3/13/17, in the Oakwood facility, the employer did not ensure housekeeping was kept in the following areas: 1 - @ the Loading area platform where wood boards have been laid on the platform grain dust accumulates and creates a slip hazard. 2 - @ roof of facility the employer has ongoing construction activities but has not kept clear walking paths where employees are required to access for grain bin measurement level checks. 3 - @ the production area -- various areas housekeeping was not maintained in a kept manner and combustible dust is permitted to accumulate to depths of 12 or more.
