29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Location: Roof of South Commissary Project, 20850 Vandegrift Boulevard, MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. The power cord for the glue cart was damaged where the jacket was split open in several locations, exposing internal insulation. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards from improper electrical equipment maintenance.
