29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a. 4420 W White Road, Oakwood, GA (Gantry Line Area) - Employees were exposed to pinch point hazard. Employees are working on the gantry line tables where trusses are being assemble. The employees are exposed to pinch point area on the table where the pneumatic skate roller goes up and down. There were no signs/placards posted on the tables alerting employees of pinch point areas on the tables, on or about 03/15/17. a. Gantry Line #1 b. Gantry Line #2 c. Gantry Line #3
