29 CFR 1926.651(h)(1): Employees were working in excavations in which there was accumulated water, or excavations in which water was accumulating, and adequate precautions had not been taken to protect employees against the hazards posed by water accumulation: On or about 03/13/2017, at 2021 Tara Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA, employees were conducting sewer work in an excavation with water accumulation. GRADY CRAWFORD CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH IS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION # 566838, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED A FINAL ORDER ON 9/26/12, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT CORNER OF PREJEAN AND HWY 78, LIVONIA, LA.
