29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. a) Job Site, North Main Street & East Laurel Street, Mahanoy City, PA - Employees worked without protective helmets (hard hats) while working within the collapse zone of a structure with a broken brick façade, exposing employees to struck-by hazards, on or about March 7, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification and documentation is required for this violation.
