29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a.) 222 E. 71St., New York, NY. On or about 03/01/2017 employees were not provided a personal fall arrest system while engaged in work activities near and at the edge of the scaffold; there-for employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 12 feet to the ground below. Juno Contracting Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 279747, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/21/12, with respect to a workplace located at 530 West 113th Street, New York, NY.
