29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): A.) On or about Friday, June 10, 2016 at 264-11 60th Avenue, Little Neck, NY 11362 Employees working on a residential rooftop approximately fifteen (15) feet above the lower level installing waterproofing paper were not protected from falling to the lower level. EUROPEAN DECO INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1096387, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 03/11/2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 252-79 LEITH ROAD, LITTLE NECK, NY 11362.
