29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 216 Clickner Road, Cropseyville, NY - on February 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not provide any type of fall protection, or use a fall protection plan, to employee exposed to fall hazards while working 18 feet above a lower level.
