The employer shall ensure that employees do not exceed load ratings of stringing lines, pulling lines, conductor grips, load-bearing hardware and accessories, rigging, and hoists. a) On or about February 22, 2017 employee pulling tension on a overhead static line using a polylite monofilament rope exceeded the load rating.
