29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Where the correction or repair of a hazardous condition on a walking-working surface could not be made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired: (a) Entrance to Jack Shop: On or about February 15, 2017 a damaged floor area measuring approximately 16 inches long by 3.5 inches wide by 1 inch deep was not guarded to prevent employees from stepping onto the damaged floor once management was made aware of the hazard.
