29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about 02/20/2017 at 35100 SR 64, E. in Myakka City, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 02/20/2017. The employer notified OSHA on 02/23/2017 at 3:30 p.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
