29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 2/23/2017 in the Upper Revent Mixing and Main Line Mixing Room(s) at 134 Elder Street, Bogart, GA: Where employees were engaged in sanitation service and maintenance on the equipment such as but not limited to Pan Washer, Surry Mixers, and Likifier , locks, and or tags were not utilized on all of the energy sources.
