29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) On or about 6/19/17, throughout establishment, five power-operated industrial truck (E12, E13, E68, 5049, 4049) were not taken out of service after pre-shift inspection form indicated bad/critical unsafe conditions were present such as but not limited to, bad electric wires, wheels, battery guards, and/or broken welds.
