29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. On or about February 8, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the overhead storage platform could support the maximum intended load after one of the support beams was removed. This exposed employees to fall and struck by hazards.
