29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about February 8, 2017, the employer failed to ensure an inspection was done of their energy control systems at least annually to ensure that the program was still applicable and being followed properly. The last time that this program was reviewed, per the documentation, was in 2006. Various maintenance work and other tasks are being performed by employees on equipment such as but not limited to the Pendu machine.
