29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: South Side: On or about February 8, 2017, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, while performing a roof replacement of a commercial building. Texas Fifth Wall Roofing Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1153185, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1710 Corner Way Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78219.
