29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Barton Leasing, Inc. at 14800 Moncrieff Pl. Aurora, CO: On or before 12/14/2016, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that the point of operation on the RMS-11 horizontal rebar bending machine was not properly guarded. An employee who was operating the machine sustained an amputation of their right index finger. This condition exposed employees to amputation and other hazards.
