Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Production Floor; On or about February 1, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energies in that employees were required to work on equipment to include but not limited to the UBE 2000-2 Injection Molding Machine which had multiple energy sources such as electric, water, and air without those employees having been provided with written machine specific lock out procedures to utilize to ensure that those energy sources were controlled while the employees were performing maintenance or servicing on the machine.
