OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer shall assess the Cured-In-Place-Pipe Process in order to identify, evaluate and control any hazards involved in the process. On or about August 8, 2016, the employer did not assess the Cured-In-Place-Pipe process at its facility at 817 W. Main Street, Brownsville, Wisconsin in order to identify, evaluate and control the hazards involved in the process.
