29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:; Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person. Worksite: The metal frame scaffold from that employees were required to work at a height above 10 feet was not erected under the supervision of a person competent in scaffold erection. Ronnie Demeo Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 962325, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, issued on 04/29/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 470 Lewis Ave., Meriden, CT and became a final order on 05/22/2014.
