29 CFR 1910.1200(h): The employer did not provide employees effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: On or about January 26, 2017, at 8795 NW 58th Street, Miami, Florida, the employer did not provide information and training on hazardous chemicals or substances such as, but not limited to chromium (VI), a known carcinogen, being present in both the air and on work surfaces, to employees that perform welding on stainless steel carts.
