29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces. On or about January 19, 2017 and there prior, the employer did not provide employees working in line 71 grinder a clean and sanitary workplace free from lube oil leaks. Oil leaks onto the yellow work platform and the floor exposed employees to slips and fall hazards.
