29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) (General Industry Reference 1910.27(a)) On or about January 21, 2017, on the northwest corner of the site where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while cutting trees branches using a scaffold without the working platform being fully planked or decked.
