29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer is failing to protect employees from exposure to chemical hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January, 20, 2017 at the jobsite located at or near Lot 27 on North Baltimore Ave. in Kansas City, Missouri. The employer did not develop or implement a written Hazard Communication program. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals used on the jobsite such as but not limited to Weldon "Blue" glue, Oatey glue, and Oatey primer for joining plastic sewer pipes.
