29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided: On or about January 20, 2017, Polyconversions, Inc. had employees exposed to slip/fall hazards from the accumulation of water on a concrete floor, through which employees walked multiple times on a daily basis, near the Old German Machine in Second Building.
