29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: (a) JD Eckman, Incorporated - Routes 743 and 283 - An employee sustained a partial amputation of the left ring finger on January 4, 2017 and the employer did not report the event to OSHA until January 6, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
