29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(1): The employer did not identify the work area by either demarcating the boundaries or defining the work zone 360 degrees around the equipment: On January 14, 2017, at the construction staging area, before beginning crane operations work boundaries were not marked with flags or limit control warning devices prohibiting the operator from operating the crane closer than 20 feet to a power line. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
