29 CFR 1926.652(e)(1)(iv): Before temporary removal of individual members was begun, additional precautions were not taken to ensure the safety of employees, such as installing other structural members to carry the loads imposed on the support system: At 345 County Road 6670 in Salem, MO 65560 - On or about 01/10/2017, employees were exposed to cave-in hazards where individual members, such as a spreader section on a shielding system (Serial No. 127574), were removed and additional precautions were not taken to ensure the safety of employees, such as installing other structural members to carry the loads imposed on the support system.
