29 CFR 1910.24(f): All treads were not reasonably slip-resistant and the nosings were not of nonslip finish: a) On or about 01/01/17 at 2950 West Ridge Road, Rochester, New York; employees who used the stairs located in the rear of the building to access the second floor storage overflow area, were exposed to a fall, from different level, hazard when the stair treads were smooth concrete with painted metal nosings.
