29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function. a) 865 W Lake Rd, Skaneateles, NY 13904, On or about 1/6/17: An employee was wearing a half mask respirator, while applying spray foam containing isocyanates, who had facial hair that interfered with its tight fitting seal.
