On or about January 6, 2017, the area in front of the electrical panels was used to store empty, cardboard boxes, a hand truck, and other items. 1. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122251, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 154 Sacandaga Road in Scotia, NY. 2.
