29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- Building Exterior: An employee was observed positioned at the base of an extension ladder where a pneumatic framing nailer was hanging from an upper rung exposing the worker to an overhead impact hazard as head protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 12/28/2016
