29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) The employer did not ensure that employees working directly under employees working above them were wearing protective helmets thereby exposing employees working below others to a struck-by hazard. THIS EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A REPEATED VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.100(a), WHICH IS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1159973, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 403 HOGUE LANE, WYLIE, TX 75098.
