29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. (a) In the store, merchandise, plastic shipping containers and metal carts were observed partially and/or completely blocking aisles, on or about December 16, 2016. The Dollar General Corporation, Store #3627 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22 (a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077466, citation number 03, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2222 Texoma Parkway Sherman, TX 75090. The Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1092862, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Wedowee Street Bowdon, GA 30108.
