29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 5, 2016, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from and elevation exceeding 6 feet. Johnny's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1000471, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 14505 Hunters Grove Avenue, El Paso, TX. Johnny's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 944785, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 13030 Pleasant Garden CT, El Paso, TX.
