29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) In the milk bottle manufacturing area, there was inadequate guarding on the Uniloy blow molding machine model 10041 at the point of operation employees were exposed to a caught in hazards on or about 11/25/2016. Dean Dairy Holdings, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1051478, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/5/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Dean Dairy Holdings, LLC 1858 Oneida Lane Sharpsville, PA 16150.
