OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from moving conveyor parts: A. Palletizing, Line 3: On, or about, December 5, 2016, emergency stop controls were not provided at work stations along the conveyor system. The only control station was located on the non-working side of the conveyor belt, near the finish end. B. Palletizing Line 1: On, or about, December 6, 2016, emergency stop controls were not provided at the finish end work station. They only control station was located on the non-working side of the conveyor belt.
