29 CFR 1928.51(d): Every employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment: On or about November 11, 2016, at the above addressed worksite, the employer failed to ensure that an employee who operated agriculture tractors with trailers along embankments/canals, was adequately trained, thereby exposing the tractor operator to roll-over and drowning hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
