29 CFR 1926.758(d): Construction loads were placed on structural steel framework without framework being safely bolted, welded or otherwise adequately secured: a) On or about 11/28/2016 - At the SMP construction project located at 10799 Ed Stephens Rd, Cottondale, AL, the employer utilized a crane to placed bundles of metal sheets weighing approximately 3,951 pounds (each) on a building structural steel framework that was not adequately secured resulting in a structural collapse.
