29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal cabinet(s) were not deemed to be in compliance as they were not constructed with the bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2-inch air space; the joints riveted, welded, or made tight by some equally effective means; the door provided with a three-point lock; and/or the door sill raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet: a) On or about 11/18/16 in the Bay area; employees were exposed to a fire hazard when approximately 104 containers of flammable stains and spray paints, such as but not limited to, Rust-oleum Spray paint, Rust-oleum Stain and Minwax Wood stain, were being stored in an ordinary metal cabinet labeled " Handyman Power Tools " ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
