29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplaces were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin: On or about November 9, 2016, at Ludwig Buildings Enterprises, LLC the employer failed to ensure that the office building and the warehouse were free of rodents. This condition exposed employees to health conditions such as liver and kidney damage.
